To add and change content, all you need to do is view your Preview site.

Each preview page displays a variety of buttons and links to help you make changes:

This button appears next to sample content we add automatically, and to content blocks you add yourself. Click the button to edit the content.
This button appears below widgets. These are components that provide your site's advanced features, such as product display, order status, and so on. Click the Configure buttons to select alternate widgets and control widget behavior.
The Page Setup button appears at the top and bottom of each page. Click this button to display a form for changing the structure of your page. This includes things like the title, default alignment, and navigation options. Setup information itself does not appear on your page, but it affects what does appear.
New block ... These links are used to add new content to your site. Click them to open a form for adding text, images, and and HTML code to your site
